Provision an Android Device

Wia offers it's users to provision Android Devices to use Wia App. In order to do that you need a new or a factory reset android device. Follow the steps below to Provision an Android Device.

Steps on Wia Cloud

• Login to you your wia dashboard, select the space that includes your kiosk and navigate to Kiosk. Details steps are can be found here. Select the kiosk that you want to use to provision android device with.

• Navigate to Configuration on the top bar.

• The QR code under Android provisioning QR code will be used in the app in the next section.

Steps on Android Device

• Turn on a new device or factory-reset your existing device.
• On the welcome screen, tap on the center of the screen six time in the same spot (i.e. tap anywhere excluding a button six times).
• When prompted, connect the device to a WiFi network and scan the "Android Provisioning QR code" identified in the previous step.
• Read and agree to the User Agreement to continue.
